2011 Men's NCAA Final Four: Fantabulous (IMO)..."March Madness" continues!

Bottom line is that this tournament is not a right, it is earned. Yes, it is a privilege, but an earned privilege...it is not a tourney for the entitled. Being a national power-house or being ranked at the top all season long, does not entitle any one team a shot at a national championship...each team must still show up to play each game. They should not show up thinking they will win because they are who they are or because they think they are a better team, a better university or up one level. Each team has a chance to show what they are made of during this tourney. If the big teams fail to perform during one game and they lose, then they should go home. I won't say they did not deserve to be there or that they were over-rated because that would be plain stupid to state. It simply is what it is and in this awesome tourney of 68 teams vying for the same glory, each team better show up with their "a-game" and not take anything or any team for granted.
I believe this years "Final Four" field of teams is still as exciting as when "March Madness" began. So many fans, including moi, had the likes of Ohio St. and Kansas playing for the National Championship when the "big dance" started. Instead we have four teams (none of them ranked #1) who were at best picked to make it maybe to the second round of this tourney, but not further, going to Houston for a chance to win the 2011 National Championship. Each of the four teams earned that right...one-game-at-a-time.
I am cheering for all four teams and will not be disappointed in whichever one takes home the championship...I am pulling for Butler and Kentucky (for personal reasons), but will be as elated if V.C.U. or UConn wins. I am not disappointed in not seeing the "usual suspects" in the Final Four, perhaps that scenario would have been more boring than having "cinderella" teams representing the best of the best like what is happening this year.
Excuse me as I quote the great Dick Vitale..."AWESOME, BABY!"... that is what the 2011 NCAA Final Four Tournament means to me. I am extremely excited and not at all disappointed and for certain not bored. "March Madness" continues...
